Interested in a career in broadcasting? This intense seminar will cover many aspects of broadcast journalism.
Held in conjunction with the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Sportscaster U. participants will get hands-on experience and work with a seasoned technical crew on par with a national production. Past participants are currently working in the field of broadcasting.
This three day program will feature classroom and studio sessions which will cover the following topics:
- Broadcasting Basics
- Game Coverage
- Interviews
- Studio Performance
- Equipment and Technology
