The Executive Committee will take the recommendations of the Search Committee and ultimately decide which candidates will be presented to the Player Representatives for a final vote.

Reilly Partners, an executive search firm that works with companies to effectively find, acquire and onboard high quality talent, will continue to support the NBPA’s search efforts. The Search Committee will work with the Reilly firm to review and consider a broad field of candidates.
